- The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas for the years 2023 to 2025 to the following establishments: Center Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) and Hopitaux Robert Schuman (HRS). A framework agreement with reopening of competition will be concluded with all the tenderers who have submitted a tender.admissible. Each re-competition will consist of a price formula discount for one year's supply. 1 contract will be concluded, with a potentially different supplier, for each supply year: 2023, 2024 and 2025.
