Description : The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to improve the reliability, quality, safety and resilience to climate change of the marginal road as transport and coastal protection corridor, as well as to improve safety conditions for road users including motorised vehicles, non-motorised vehicles and pedestrians on the road and the hinterland.
The consultant shall support the successful implementation of the project to time, quality and cost constraints thereby to bring the project in line with the promoter and the Bank4s safeguards and procedures.
