- The overall objective of this TA is to support COFIDE and counterparties in the project management and optimal implementation. The selected consultant (project manager) will lead the day-to-day management of the LAIF component, including sectorial (sustainable infrastructure - energy) advice, coordination between business units of COFIDE, development and monitor LAIF-s activities, support to the procurement of dedicated advisory (consultancy) and contracting (EPC contracts) services, supervision, budget administration, representation and policy.
