Description : The EIB's Ukraine vocational education and training project is an investment loan aiming at the establishment of one Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Vocational Education and Training in up to 9 selected administrative regions (oblasts) in Ukraine (Chernihiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv City, Odesa, Ternopil, Volyn and Zakarpattia). The CoEs will be established through new construction or substantial renovation and upgrade of existing VET schools, including on-campus dormitories. The objective of the technical assistance is to support the efficient and timely implementation of the project, including capacity building, procurement, project management and monitoring, contract administration and anti-corruption prevention.
