- The TA assignment has the objective of assisting the Promoter in the preparation of the EIB funding allocation requests for each EIB funded scheme of the Project by conducting a critical review of the Promoter-s project support documentation against the Bank-s policies and standards in five specific fields, and in case of identified gaps advise/assist the Promoter in the preparation of the necessary additional support documentation. The TA is also to provide capacity building linked to specific fields/expertise. The number of experts, qualifications and minimum no of working days required are provided in the Terms of Reference.
