The architect's mission for the detailed pre-project (APD), Submission (Sou), execution (EXE), management, control and monitoring of work with reception and commissioning (Cha/ESS), Final (DEF) for the National Heritage Center for the National Heritage Center(CNPF) at Petange.The mission includes, among other things, the following services (non-exhaustive list):- Studies of different variants with a choice for a final variant;- architecture studies; - Test of mass plans and architect's plans, architectural visualizations, setFrom the surfaces table, the compilation of descriptive memoirs APS and APD, compilation of global estimated estimate APD comprising all disciplines;- acoustic study;- architectural visualizations;- cinematography for auditorium;- authorizations- DGNB-Evaluation of the evaluation of the evaluation of the evaluation of the evaluation ofEnvironmental Incidences (EIA)- Analysis of the life cycle of the Global Project (ACV) as part of the development of 3D models of its buildings, works and infrastructure, CFL teams work with Revit and Civil 3D software developed by Autodesk, on ACC (AutodeskCloud construction) with specific add-ins produced to meet the own needs of CFLs (Closed BIM). This working method was also chosen for this mission. Applicants must therefore be willing to work closely with the various stakeholdersof the project, especially with regard to simultaneous and collaborative work in native format.
