The LNS wants:- To acquire an automated clinical chemistry and immunochemistry analyzer,- And purchase maintenance services for a minimum period of three years after one year ofwarranty.This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Contract for supply and Services, fixed at four (4) years (1year of warranty and 3 years of initial maintenance), with optional maintenance of one (1) year renewablethree (3) times at the discretion of the LNS (4 + 1 + 1 + 1), in order to select a Contracting Party.The Contracting Party shall ensure the due and proper execution and coordination of the acquisition ofthe equipment and the services of maintenance, on behalf of the LNS. The supply and Services shall beperformed by the Contracting Party-s staff, whose competence, courtesy and presentation shall beirreproachable.The Contract shall only include the following lots:Lot No. 1: Automated analyzer for clinical chemistry and immunochemistry + 3 yearsmaintenanceLot No. 2: Optional 1 year Maintenance renewable for up to 3 yearsThese lots are inseparable in the sense that each bidder must submit a bid for each of the lots; all the lotswill be awarded to one and the same successful bidder.The procedure ...
