Description:
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture wishes to set up a new software (LIMS) for its 3 laboratories, for the purpose of renewing, modernizing and pooling the various software currently existing. Specialized integrated management software ensuring the main processes of a laboratory. He manages for example sampling on the field and traceability of samples, analyzes, users, instruments (mainly analysis devices), stocks and supplies, monitoring of products and equipment, customer files, ... The aforementioned ministry is made up of 3 distinct laboratories, broken down into 18 services, spread over 5 geographic sites, dispersed in the country. The majority of services carry out analyzes under accreditations (ISO/IEC: 17025 or ISTA). The total volume of analyzes represents the treatment of around 500,000 samples per year which represents 1.5 million parameters analyzed.
