Description:
The object of the market is the realization, for the Silc 2023 survey, of interviews in face-to-face mode (Capi-Computer Assisted Personal Interview) at the home of households using field investigators and interviews by phone (Cati - Computer Assisted Telephone Interview). All the answers must be entered in the Silc electronic questionnaire of the Myguichet platform. The main objectives to be achieved in this context are as follows: (1) Prepare all the elements allowing the smooth running of the survey and, in particular, train the Investigators. (2) Achieve in investigators the collection of data from households and individuals members of Households SILC 2023 according to a mixed capital mode through the Myguichet. The Statec harvests responses in Cawi mode (Computer Assisted Web Interview); The respondents responding by themselves to the Silc questionnaire via Myguichet.
