Description:
The University of Luxembourg wishes to use the services of an integrated project management recognized for its expertise in the following areas: - Technical engineer; - Interior design / architecture; and,- Civil engineering engineer. This market is part of the rehabilitation project for the Dominican student residence. This call for tenders aims to conclude a service market, the duration of which is sixteen (16) months, renewable twice five (5) months, on the express notification of the university, in order to retain a recognized holder for his Expertise in the field of integrated project management services. The planning frame of the rehabilitation project estimates all studies until the site preparation phase at an approximate period of thirty-seven (37) weeks and the Execution of the work and the lifting of reserves with an additional approximate duration of twenty-four (24) weeks. These deadlines are given as an indication and will be updated according to the real progress of the project.
