The University wishes to set up a framework agreement in order to select a single economic operator for this call for tenders. The duration of this framework agreement is set for one (1) year, renewable three (3) time one (1) year (3 + 1 + 1) on the University's opinion. This call for tenders should make it possible to retain a holder of the framework agreement, without reset, recognized for its expertise in the field of HVAC and health works.
