- The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation to improve the standard of higher education infrastructure and support the delivery of education services in public higher education institutions. This assignment forms a crucial part of the Bank-s appraisal of a perspective investment project in higher education sector and will be providing vital input and advice to the Bank defining the selection and prioritisation of the Bank-s potential investment. Furthermore, the assignment will develop the next steps for potential TA grant for a Project Implementation Unit.
